So by now we’ve probably all seen ways of triggering your camera through the use of either mobile apps or as the Nerotrigger likes to do it, through the use of a whole new device. Nerotrigger allows photographers to capture photos of high speed events which would be almost impossible to capture with just the human reflexes. Examples of these include lightning strikes, balloons popping and water splashes. Along with these you can take time lapse videos and create HDR (High Dynamic Range) photos. These are all available through the different sensors in the Nerotrigger device which is connected to your camera using a cable.

The units power is provided by standard batteries which can be inserted into the easily accessible compartment on the back. Remaining battery power is displayed on the colour LCD screen which also provides all the information you need right on the spot. The clean and sharp menus are incredibly easy to navigate and finding your way to the correct settings takes barely a few seconds.
Different models of camera need different cables so make sure you choose the correct one for your camera when ordering. You can also buy an extra cable to trigger your flash unit. Nerotrigger is compatible with all 4 major camera makes on the market: Canon, Sony, Nikon and Pentax. Also take note that the device is actually compatible with other brands but Nerotrigger doesn’t ship these cables and therefore will need to have your own.

Whether you’re trying to capture lightning strikes, fireworks, sparks or IR Nerotrigger’s lightning mode can catch it. The device will detect changes in the light level and trigger your camera to catch the scene. You can adjust the sensitivity level between 1 and 99, which is extremely useful when changing different environments.

Yet again if your catching popping balloons, breaking glasses or making items explode the sound mode is what you need. The sensitivity level can be changed from 1 to 999, and you can decide whether you want continuous shots or a single shot by adjusting the lock parameter.

Time-lapse photography has become more and more popular over the years and many photographers are becoming interested in how to do it. Nerotrigger offers you enhanced time-lapse options with great accuracy, and you can enjoy the surrounding while the device controls your camera for you.
This mode includes interval and exposure parameters, so you can tell exactly how long to keep the shutter open with a certain interval between each shot. You can also limit the number of pictures to be taken by setting a frame limit.

People often wonder how a laser can be used to take awesome pictures. You can feed Nerotrigger with a laser beam even from great distance and it will trigger your camera when the beam is broken. Wildlife photography, surveillance photography and fast moving objects are just a few to mention.
You can set a delay parameter which specifies when to take the picture after the triggering event occurs, as well as limiting the number of pictures to be taken.
